Another pillar of Traditional Chinese Medicine is of course herbal medicine. Chinese herbal medicine goes hand-in-hand with your Acupuncture treatments. There are hundreds of Chinese Herbal Formulas using very safe and extremely powerful natural herbs.
If Caitlin determines a herbal formula will enhance your treatments, she will prescribe you a take home patent formula that generally lasts about 2 weeks.
Providing continual feedback throughout - your herbal prescription adjusts over time just as your body does on your healing journey.
Caitlin is trained in Chinese Herbal Medicine and is completing a post-graduate study in an effective Japanese approach to herbal medicine known as Kampo.
